HE Discount on Software?

I searched around but couldn't see anyone else asking this; I was wondering if Apple gave you the HE discount on software too?

I'm thinking of getting Logic Express for my MacBook Pro.

:O Ok I wasn't expecting that! Urgh so should have just had it pre-installed when I ordered it. Apologises for not having any photos up here of it by the way; I currently have no access to a camera :/

It is? Its £129 on its own or £129 preinstalled so I assumed with the HE discount it would be £55 on its own or preinstalled?
