What's the aforementioned quotation from, and how does it finish? It'll make a perfect finishing line in my essay but I just can't remember how it ends.

I've found "Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world." by Henry Kissinger, which will do instead.

Guess it's just one of those things that is known but not attributed to one person.
