Fancy sending me one to try when i get this build done so i can compare to a tube res![]()
no
Tube res' are horrid, especially the EK ones with their crappy mounting
ah you stinker, i would gladly leave you a deposit why i try it.
and i thought the revision 2's sorted the mouting problems with brackets breaking?
There's a revision 2?
Just get one from OcUK and return under DSR![]()
you can
So what reason do i use if i have to send it back, simply say it was too noisy?
Ah bugger we have a problem, the sr-1 480 is going to foul the front panel connectors by 4 mm Namely the front panel audio and USB 3, behind the 2 holes is a large metal block to take the 3.5mm jacks and the USB 3 takes full size usb 3 leads. either of which i can live without
Now my choices.
de-solder the blocks and leave 4 holes where the connectors are in the front panel
totally remove the front panel connectors and replace with a piece of black perspex with just 2 holes for the activity lights or cover it with fablon and replace the led's with hyperbrights so they shine through the fablon still
mayjor bummer but that guys Skynet build the RX 480 is actually smaller than the black ice
I have 2 of these pumps,1 is enough for your hardware that you have said on speed 5.
You think it would really need to be on speed 5 , 1200LPH is quite a lot really for such a small loop,my Ehiem canister filter for my fish does that much lol.
And i do really like this idea >>>Koolance Radiator Mounting Bracket with Quick Release
