Head Scratching on which tv PLZ HELP

Hey all. Wonder if i could ask for some advice. Im recently looking for a tv for the living room. Me and the Mrs live in a terrace house. When you walk in the house you walk straight into the living room. We have a 42" LG which is 4 years old. We sit 7 feet away from TV. 42" smart TV non 3D would be great if we got a 48" it would mean swapping things around and getting a new stand exc. We currently have a samsung 37" 6 series in our bedroom and we both have samsung tab 3'. Another samsung tv would be great. But they only do 40" and not 42". 3 TV's i've considered up to now are as follows

SAMSUNG UE40H5500 Smart 40" LED TV


LG 42LB585V Smart 42" LED TV


SONY BRAVIA KDL42W705BBU Smart 42" LED TV
 
Thank you hitman i Quite like the look of the Sony. The only thing is i play quite a lot of downloaded films from drive and Sony have that nasty thing called cinavia protection on there films
