Seems pretty interesting. As messed up as it all is its the Russian guys life/body/head surely he should be able to do what he wants and legally sign away his life to the crazy scientist to practice on.

I mean ,looking at him, i would think its worth a shot, controversial...

Is it ethical ? Should this be allowed ? Its obviously a long way off but its kinda grotesquely fascinating.

Dont read the article if you are a massive animal lover because it has a few pictures of animal experiments that the nutter has carried out to help his research.

I think he's a crackpot. Still i want to see it done on a human rather than another doggy. :p

Would this make it technically a threesome every time?

I don't even think this one is a thing yet . Rule 34 is not yet complete!

I really want a live stream I think this is going to be incredible. Hopefully not a failure.

Although I wonder what may come from this. If the brain is fine but the body aging will the rich just swap. Semi immortality.

Been following this a while, genuinely interested. This is proper mad scientist stuff, if he pulls it off (heh) it could give the guy a whole new life but from doing some reading, the body / head won't accept the other bit for more than 30 seconds.

I imagine it's going to be a hell of an anti rejection drug regime.

Could a mans head be transplanted onto a female body and vice versa?

Let's get through the first one ey before we get exotic :p. I must admit I have no idea though probably not.

You know they can do sex changes already if you're that interested :D.

It's not possible, we simply don't have the technology or understanding to reconnect a severed spine. If by some miracle they can do it so the brain doesn't die, they'd just end up a vegetable.

To save me a load of reading, why not?

The body tries to kill foreign cells. It'd essentially be trying to kill the head.

Although I'm not sure if the immune system is autonomous or controlled by the brain (been a long time since a level biology).
