Headphone Amplifier question

Hi im about to buy a Pair of Goldring NS1000 headphones i also want the headphone amp that people on here are using.

Problem is, ive forgot what the headphone amp is called i know its around £15 -20 that all?

Do i need any other connections to use the Amp with the heaphones when plugged into my speakers?

Do i need :

FiiO L3 :: Line out cable For iPod/iPhone. For connection of portable audio equipment, such as power amplifier, headphone amplifiers, to the line out of the iPod/iPhone/iPad.

FiiO L1 :: iPhone / iPod / iPad to 3.5mm Stereo Cable
