Headphone Jack to USB

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if its possible to buy something that will transfer my Headphone and Microphone leads into USB. Do overclockers sell them because I cant find any?

You probably need a USB soundcard. The Edirol UA-1EX ASIO USB Audio Interface fits the bill as it has the computer mic input many don't; and a volume control on the headphone output. It is avialabe from a competitor for £61, so not expecially cheap. What is the reason a normal PCI soundcard cannot be used?

Yeh, you want a usb soundcard, like this. But that one doesn't have a microphone.
