Headphone settings

Hi there, I have Medusa 5.1 pro-gamer headset, in the creative console settings I can select from 2.1 speakers, 4.1 speakers, 5.1 speakers,6.1 speakers,7.1 speakers or headphones. Although they are headphones they are still 5.1 but bit confused on what I should have them set at.
