Headphone speakers frequency response

Hi!
Is there any chance that frequency response can be at least 12.5 kHz for Logitech H650e if we include mistake or other field/distortions?

• Frequency response: 50Hz-10KHz (Diffuse field)
• Sensitivity: 90 dB ±3 dB at 1 KHz, Input 0.56V/10 mm free field
• Distortion: <4% @ 1 kHz, 0 dBm0, 1 kHz
• Compliant to EN60950-1

I'm just wondering how it works from view of physics. They show specific data frequency response: 50Hz-10KHz. As you said - frequency range isn’t a brick wall.
If we use sensitivity mistake +/-3 db, can it possibly indicate that frequency response can be higher (more than 10KHz)? Also there is mentioned that 50Hz-10KHz is measured using diffuse field acoustic testing. Do other method can show different frequency response data?

It says 3db difference can produce 2 times in intensity. Do you know how it effects max frequency?
