i just bought headphone splitters so that i can plug in both my headphones and my speakers to my sound card..what i was wondering was is there anyway of muting the headphones while im using my speakers instead of just unplugging them?

should i just get any audio hub or is their anything i should look for? which one have you got?
do you have that plugged into a sound card or are you just using onboard? im asking because i wanna know i theres a loss in sound quality..

i don't think can say where i got this from as OCUK don't like that kind of thing .the one i have is easy just plug ya speakers in one side and ya headphones in the other .then to change it all u do is push the little button . you can even plug ya mic in there as well if your in to chatting on yahoo .there are two small cables that u plug in to the back of ya sound card . and the sound quality is just the same .you can pick them up from between £7 or £10
