Headphones for music up to £200

I'm looking to replace some creative Aurvana headphones.
They will be used to listening to music through my phone.
Sound quality & comfort are my priorities. I don't care how they look.
Budget is up to £200.

Any suggestions please?

Use with phone apparently means mobile use in possibly noisy environments etc, right?
That's big and important choise limiting factor if true.

Just to use when I'm gardening/Cleaning my doves out. I don't like in ear earphones.
I think around ear is what I'm after.
