Headphones for Xbox360/PS3

I have my audio from my xbox 360 and PS3 going through optical into my Logitech Z-5500 speakers, but im fleeing the nest now and ive got myself a house but where im having my consoles will be near where my girlf will watch the tv.
So are there any decent headphones i can get to use with my consoles?

So can no one spec me any half decent headphones? even if they just use a 3.5mm jack, its just that the missus wont like all the shooting and massacre when shes trying to watch her soaps
