Headphones - Need you expertise here fellas

Ok my girlfriend is getting me a new set of headphones for Xmas as a present. I game and use Teamspeak so I would need a headphones with Mic attached. Budget would be in the range of 80 or so.

can you fella's give me your recommendations on what would be ideal to use?
Are wireless up to scratch or should I stick to wired?

My 7 year old daughter would be using them as normal headphones to listen to her cartoons/tv shows on the Pc but primarily they are for me and my gaming so defo need a mic

Any help would be appreciated guys....I have a dedicated sound card that currently feeds 5.1 setup so don't know if that makes any difference.

@ URIEL - I need a proper set of headphones with a mic as I play COD matches online with my clan and need to have a mic to use the Teamspeak application.

Would you recommend a Razer route to go down???
