Headphones

Hiya

I'm gunna be losing the onboard sound soon for an x-fi xtreme gamer or one of the fatality cards just ondered what head phones you let recon would be the best for gaming, I was looking at the two below whats your opinions on each and can you think of something better at around the same price?

the 555s look good, got a pair of hd25sp myself dunoo if they're better or worse than those though.

HD555's would sound far better than the PC161's although you don't get the mic attached to them, although you can pick up a reasonably good quality desktop mic pretty cheaply.

They would also be much more comfortable to wear for long periods of time because they are open back, i.e. they sit over the outside of your ears, although they would not isolate you as well from background noises.

I also use hd25sp's. Nice sound, and well made.
