Yes, it supports the end of the forks so you can still pull the axle out. Would be a pretty crappy paddock stand if you couldn't.

You might need to loosen any pinch bolts before putting it on the stand, depending on the design of your forks.

Hadn't actually bought it yet, was going to give it a shot on Thursday when I get paid. Nice to see it's got cheaper, but that worries me regards the build quality of it?

it looks fine to me, not thin tubing etc
not used it yet as the bikes been but to bed for winter
