I received my bill this morning and lot of items which should have been free have been charged for.

So I called Customer Service which are always very polite and helpful.
They explained it was a system error last month to do with bundles and it all should automatically be re-credited next month.

I also extended my contract for a further 18months and got a free W800i.

Saves having to shell out for an mp3 player to use on holiday next week too!

So, if you have a few charged items (I think I had about £11 worth on my bill) which should have been free then don't panic as Orange are aware of the issue and resolving it.

I am posting this as apparently it's pretty widespread.
