Headset for BF3

I'm looking for a headset and mic to play BF3, never used a headset before. I know it wont be a high end set for my budget is only £50, and I will be using it for gaming and not music. Thanks in advance

thanks for your reply Greenja, I was looking at the corsair hs 1a before I posted and it said the hs1 was better because I only have on-board sound.

Got my HS1 headset today and installed it, great piece of kit. Just a general question what is the best setting to put it on for BF3 eight channel 7.1 would seem to be the best.
