Headset for both PS4 Pro & PC?

Hey chaps,

I'm getting a PS4 Pro soon, but will need a new headset as my Corsair ones are on the way out.

Are there any that work well with both PS4 and PC? I've had a google and a couple I've seen, whilst they do work on the PS4, they only seem work in stereo and the 7.1 or whatever only works on the PC.

Budget is around £80.

I think you're going to struggle to get surround sound with both console and PC for £80. The best way is using an Astro Mixamp, but they are £100, which means you'd still have to buy a headset as well.
 
One idea to consider is the official Sony virtual 7.1 headset for PS4. It works great on PS4 and you can use the same wifi receiver it comes with to plug into a PC and use it for PC stuff too. It's the opposite issue to what you are finding though. Virtual surround sound works on PS4 but you only get stereo on PC. Cheap option though, can be had for your budget.

Sennheiser HD558 / HD598 - I believe these may have been replaced now by a newer model - £150 ish
Clip on mic - £1 from ali express

You need to go second hand even then you will need to up your budget to around £160ish for a mixamp plus DT770's or HD558's.
