hello, i need help with new headset.
i can spend about ~140 £.
so what you would suggest me ??
razer ? corsair ? logitech ? i was thinking save some more money and buy wireless but i don`t know how they work in real life... are they good too ???
like chimera 5.1 ???

I use turtle beach px5's. They are wireless, bluetooth, you can also pair your mobile phone and answer calls on the fly, they simulate 7.1 and have programable pre sets.
Sound quaility is good and they are nice and comfy. I moved to these from the turtle beach x41s so i cant really suggest anything else.

All I can recommend is the steel series Siberia v2
They are very comfy, light on the head, mic tucks away and can be used with iPods and so on.
The sound for me is good for the price around £50 so well under your budget but you could get better for the price range u have I've seen a lot of people recommend the Logitech g35's apparently they have excellent sound quality on par with seinheiser's that are worth a lot more I believe they retail at around £90.

and there is no problems with those px5 ?? ever tried on pc with fps games ? everything ok ?
i have now TB dpx21. but they are so broken... used so much duct tape to fix them...

I've used a few different headsets over the years from Icemat Siberias, to Razer Piranhas, to Logitech G230.

Right now i'm using a set of Plantronics GameCom 780. They are a USB stereo headset. But they come with software which gives you virtual 7.1.

I thought they were too cheap to be any good at first but after ordering i was so surprised. They are extremely comfortable, they have good punchy bass without being mushy and very crisp highs.

I usually use them in normal mode but the virtual 7.1 does really work, makes it feel like someone is in the room talking to you.

Has a swivel down mic too which from what my friends have said from skype say it's crystal clear. They also have a volume control, mic mute button and a toggle for the 7.1 surround sound on the actual headset so that's handy.

When i ordered mine it also came with a serial code for Assassins creed 3 which was another bonus.

For £40 you can't go wrong.

No problems at all for me i use them for everything from skype to bf3, fifa, f1, pay day 2.
I just use the toslink on my mobo to the turtle beach sender and plug the chat cable into my xbox pad wether im using it or not. There is probably a better way for chat but ive not bothered looking.
Like i said before i cant recommend anything other than turtles, im sure there are cheaper or more suitable alternatives but i cant speak up for them.
If these were to break i would get another set.
