Headset for Gaming

Hi Guys,
I am a little confused as to which headset to go for as there are so many out there. I have a few friends that recommend the Logitech G35 and the Sennheiser headsets but have seen other headsets around that get more attention.
I have a Asus Xonar Sound Card so a input headset or decent USB one will do.

I have heard that Non Gaming Headsets are very good but are very expensive and require clip on mics. I am looking in the price range of £80 - £100.
I can and will pay a little if worthwhile though.

Yes considering that Hyper Cloud as it's £50 with the code. It's 5.1 but wondering how well it will perform on a Asus Sound Card.

I was really impressed with the hyperX cloud I tested, used it with a Xonar DX at the time and it was great. Only thing I'd say with it though is it's comfortable, but only up to say 3 hours, past that I wanted to take it off for a little bit. Still a bargain though.
