Headset for Skype?

I currently use a Gamecom 307 which I have used for some time however now the mic appears to be fading.

I only every Skype, watch movies and do some very light music listening and I'm wondering which budget headset to go for.

Should I go for the Creative Fatal1ty HS-800?

If that's what you're looking at spending, then I guess the HS800s are as good as any at this price point. Plantronics 380 might be another option.
