Headset speakers are the wrong way around =/

Hi Can you please help me

When i use my headset

The sound from the right comes out through the left speaker on the headset and the sound on the left comes through the right speaker.

so when i try play games i have to try and turn my headset around which is a lot of hassle, and trying to communicate on programs such as Ventrilo is so hard.

Please can someone help me

im using the 3.5mm jack connectors because when i use the USB card i heard footsteps on games anyway, like surround sound but wrong.

I'm not familiar with those headphones myself but is there not some setting somewhere that will allow you to reverse the audio channels?

does it come through the right channels when using speaker at all?
