Headset that cancels out backround noise

I'm looking to buy a headset that cancels out backround noise which I will sometimes use for work at home (maybe gaming too?).

- I don't need amazing mic/headphones quality. Decent input and output for a normal conversation is enough
- £70-£80 max budget
- Size/looks = irrelevant
