Healthy Soft Drink?

If you had too what would you class as a healthy soft drink?
I'm off water ATM as I'm recovering from Man Flu and water basically takes of what my mouth does ATM.. Which isn't nice!

I'm trying to stay away from caffeine and artificial sweetners..

Is Sprite a good option?

I thought tea contained caffeine?

Perhaps I should have asked what is the best of the bad bunch lol

Squash is a good idea.. Technically just flavoured water with less sweetners!
