Heart rate tracker

It looks like my mum has had a silent heart attack. She is talking to her gp but in the meantime I wanted to get her a fitness tracker, specifically heart rate and stuff like steps. Obvs want it to be accurate and relatively low cost - is sub 100 too much to ask? I'd want heart rate tracking 24/7.

I've already seen very conflicting reviews of fitbits hr accuracy
