Has anyone created a pan with a built in heatsink for better heat distribution? I've had a relatively fruitless search for examples. Found this patent.
It is quite an old patent and I think there is a new need given the uneven heat distribution of most induction hobs.
In my searching I did come across the backward heatsink bottomed pans which were interesting if you have gas but will be no good with my induction hob.
