Heat problem?

I have a HD 5770 and i was just playing BF3 Alpha and i noticed my card went up to 67 Deg. Is this too hot?

Nope.. it's still running cool.

Turn that 6 upside down and it would be considered hot.

My 4890 used to go up to 80C!

Before I replaced my case, I had my 6950 at 95C...I bought a new case within 5 minutes of installing it XD GPUs can get a lot hotter than CPUs before being considered "on fire".

Ok thanks guys. I can run BF3 Alpha on high with no slowdown. 50fps in normal areas with 20-30 fps in smoke.

GPUs won't start to get damaged until like 120c so don't worry about it.
