Heat Sink question

Hi all

I'm thinking of getting this heat sink

But I'm wondering if the following backet will fit with this heat sink.

I know that it will fit with the following heat sink

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-027-TR&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=821

but I would like to go with my first option the True Black CPU Cooler.

Fitted one of those today, yes it fits.

I'm thinking of ordering one of these for myself, that's how impressed I am.

Looking like a good investment for when I eventually move on to 1366.
