heat sink

ok looking for a good quality heat sink not watercooling but looking for something that wount block the first 2 dim's as i got ripjaws with high fins on them having trouble finding 1 any help would be greatfull thanks

Have you considered the Silver Arrow at ~£50. It's had excellent reviews and keeps things very cool even at low fan rpm.

It can be orientated away from the memory - i.e. pull/pull - image below explains better:

Obviously, you would need to move your rear case fan.

what case do you have?

if its big enough you can have the silver arrow in its proper orientation. the fans will be pushed upwards by a couple of mm, but that will be it
