Heating oil in Shropshire.

Just checked with Roberts at Whitchurch - 72.9p Ltr - No idea what it is anywhere else except it is cheaper than last year.
So 1100 ltr's give's me a full 2.5k tank.
I wasn't expecting price to come down till well into next summer.

Around 76p/ltr here IIRC - shame it isn't height of pandemic prices when we could fill the tank for like £300.

I'd kill for 76p/lire we just paid 88p/litre in the Fens, which was cheaper than I feared or than I paid in the summer.

Pretty sure that's about the rate my mum paid in October, maybe a touch more (1499l of Certas Glowmax).

Just bought 1,000 litres at £0.811 per litre which includes the vat, Highland prices.

It's a far cry from the £0.29 during the pandemic.

We did a bulk buy last year when the prices were just under 50p a litre. Still have nearly 2 thirds in the tank, so hoping the next bulk buy will be reasonable.

LOL, my dog is snoring while I type this as he is nice and warm.
