Heatpipe Question?

Hey Guys,

I've got a QuadGT and I'm just wondering whether the Heat pipes are ment to get so hot when you put your finger on then it burns? This normal?

I might be if you're actually running at the speed given in your sig. I know that on stock the northbridge on my DS3P gets very toasty, so toasty in fact that I decided to stick a 40mm fan on it.
