Hi all,

I'm building a mATX 5820k system inside the Fractal Design Define Mini case with NH-D14 cooler as it is probably the best cooler within 160mm height however I would like to replace the Noctua fans with black PWM fans to match the colour of the build and replace the case fans with better ones. I have a budget of £60 max for these fans.

The Define Mini case has these fan mount points but I'm not sure if I need a fan on the top and side panel as well as correct me if I set exhaust or intake fans wrong below:

1x 120mm rear (exhaust)
2x 120mm front (intake)
1x 120mm bottom (intake)
1x 120/140mm top (?)
1x 120/140mm side panel (?)

Looking at fans that OcUK sells, the Corsair SP/AF fans looks nice and it seems that most people are using them so they can't be that bad.

Should I get Low Noise or High Pressure SP120 fans for the heatsink as I will be overclocking the CPU?

Also the Define Mini case has a door on the front of the fan so I guess airflow will be reduced a little bit? If so should I go for SP or AF fans for front intake?

Phanteks PH-F120XP, HP & MP are very good for £7.99 to £10.99

if on a budget, the arctic f12 pwm is quite good and only £4.39

Arctic make F12 Silent, F12 (3-pin variable voltage) F12 PWM (4-pin), F12 TC (build-in temperature control with probe), and the F12 Pro series with cage instead of shroud. OcUK used to stock them but not now. :(

Bottom I'd go with low noise so Corsair AF if you prefer..

I've tried a few Arctic F12 before and they're very good for the money, I'd definitely go with the PWM version though.
