Heatsink Issue

Hi

So I received some new kit today for a cheap new build...

I tried it and noticed I was getting a CPU fan error. I took a look and the CPU fan (heatsink) wasn't spinning. I've tried another heatsink, same issue. I've plugged the case fan into the CPU_FAN port and that turns fine.

Really not sure what the issue is, any ideas?

Are the heatsink-fans 4 Pinners while the case fan was a 3 Pinner?

So I've tried all sorts, and still can't get it to work but the case fan works fine in the CPU FAN port. Any ideas?

I was going to suggest you turn on PWM fan control and set the thresholds and fan curve in bios.
