Heatsink - Which one to go for?

Hi, Im buying a heat sink for a new build and would like some advice.

I have a budget of around £30 and have found two cooler's which I like

I prefer the Shadow Rock aesthetically speaking but im wondering which one would actually benefit me the most. Which would you choose?

BeQuiet Shadow Rock Pro CPU Cooler is almost silent, both would give good cooling, so go with the one you find the best review for, plenty of them online about each giving good and bad points etc, as this is a good to very high part to have, i'd have a good one one would pick one that can help keep my cpu cooler for longer so maybe would up it a bit and get something else, but for most either of the 2 would be ok

There was a B-Grade Thermalright HR-02 in Clearance that is the best you can get for under £30 and is only £11.99!!

To install it easily you will need a looonng magnetic tip #1 phillips .. like 6" of shank long... or 5.5mm magnetic socket nut driver / extension of same length.
