well i had to heat sinks stuck to mine 2900 ram and i switched to 8800gts and they not hold anymore what glue you can sue to stick them on ? maybe even some house material glue? or i have to nuy that special active silver ram sink glue ?

Can also weaken the mix with the TIM instead of pure Epoxy so it can be removed incase of RMA (pulls off but 20mins in freezer makes it far easier).

I used to Mix AS5 with AS Epoxy, I know some wont use Silver near Memory but I was carefull and its not that easy to conduct (read their site).

Could do same with Ceramic.

Just use arctic silver in center with 2 tiny dots of superglue in 2 corners of each sink works a treat.

ermm I would disregard that review. lol!

Yeah, he's obviously used it on his processor in comparison to no thermal interface at all

I've used a 1:1 blend of Arctic Silver Adhesive and Arctic Silver Ceramique, which works out to 1 part "Part A" Adhesive, 1 part "Part B" Adhesive and 2 parts Ceramique.

Firmly stuck, and snaps off with a little force. :) Also, cleans off with some isopropyl alcohol.

Either way it's designed for use with ramsinks and mosfets....just use thermal paste like everyone else.

So if it works on a gpu, why shouldn't it work on a cpu?

It's adhesive, which means that it's not going to be pure thermal paste - it's going to be part thermal paste and part bonding agent.

Therefore, you'll get lower temperatures by using a pure thermal paste which will be a better heat conductor.
