ive completed it once, i loved it, so intense and you feel so involved in the events of the story, i want to play it another 1 or 2 times to see how things turn out :-D

any of you guys played it?

I've just bought it. I've been waiting for it to get cheap but give in and paid £21 for it 2nd hand. Looking forward to it.

Bought my PS3 for it and despite not being able to put it down whilst I played it, it left a very sour taste in my mouth due to the truly excessive number of plot holes and inconsisencies.

Imo a wasted opportunity, but that engine under the right hands could produce something exceptional.

I would ask what but there is a spoiler thread for that, TBH it had no more than most games, many of them are only answered with mutliple play throughs or a good understanding of the game. There is only one thing that is not fully explained but it could be explained in future DLC.

Played the demo a while back but dubious to paying £40 for it as I very rarely play things twice :p So it's on my lovefilm list. :)

It was a good game and, during the 1st play through, I felt the same way as you. I intended to play it more than once just to see what other paths I could take but as it went on I think some of the initial gloss started to wear off and by the end I was sort of glad just to get it done and move on to something else. The problem for me was that for each quite cool and quirky thing about it there was at least one negative that made me go 'hmmm'. I mean can you really face going through the forced motions of brushing your teeth, putting on clothes etc several more times and call it fun? Not for me!

Good game, nice n dark, glad I played it (once) but just not quite as good as I was hoping for. Each to their own obviously :)

Right, got this from Love Film and have been playing it recently. Does it get a bit more interesting? Last night I changed a nappy, fed a baby and burped it and then rocked it to sleep?! I mean.. dull anyone?

Just done the driving bit which was a little better but parts of this is very slow. Not sure if I can play through it to be honest.

Heavy Rain isn't something exceptional? How do you figure that one out?

Stick with it. It does pick up and you do start to get involved in the game. It didn't grab me either to begin with but I stuck with it and was hooked to the end.

I have just finished the game and i thought it was superb it even had my wife playing along and helping make decisions with me..

Still need to get this, kind of forgotten about it since HMV screwed up my Collector's Edition pre-order. May wait until it's dropped in price a bit.

got this when it 1st came out, played the start where your in the house with wife (after arriving with shopping?). not played it since, but fully intend to when Move comes out.

Played through it once when it came out. A bit tempted to give it another go to see a different side of the story but I already know how the ending is sort of.
So don't know:p

Bought it at launch, played through once & the dlc episode. Then sold it. would never have given it a second playthrough

I got right in to it, the use of the motion sensor on the controller is probably the only game I've played that it worked well with

I wouldn't play it right through again though, although I replayed some of the chapters to see the different outcomes...deliberatley making different decisions than the first time

Motion sensor has been so underused in ps3 games.

Heavenly Sword is a brilliant example of how well it can be manipulated.
