Heavy Stutter on 2nd screen, you seen it?

So this is the first time i have seen this...

Nvidia Driver 347.88
2x 980s SLI
Tomb Raider Ultra Maxed on first screen 2560x1440
Gsync ON
ASUS ROG Swift
2nd screen Dell 21:9 29"

Scenario
Playing tomb-raider first screen Average of 50-64fps
Playing Youtube 1080p Full screen Second screen

Fine for about 20 minutes then second screen youtube was stuttering heavily
maybe i just literally maxing the gpu's. the 1st screen framerate was the same. Temps were 75c & 81c. the youtube video looked like it was missing entire frames often.

what's your thoughts?
should a you-tube video stutter?
should the driver do some QOS choices?
Videos are higher Priority than games or vias versa?
Gsync Causing the issue?

Have you tried disabling SLI and using one 980 to run your game and the other 980 to run youtube ??
To see if that fixes the video stutter

Have you also checked that tombraider is not using 100% of your CPU ?
As it could be not enough CPU power left that causing the youtube video stutter..

I just noticed in your sig you have a 5930k six core cpu..
So I guess it won't be the CPU

I get this without sli.

When my gpu (770) is running a game at 100% gpu usage it seems to give the first screen priority and forget about the second screen. Anything non-gpu intensive and i dont notice it but yeah a 1080p video for example stutters.

ive only ever seen this with Tomb raider, maybe because its really pushes hardware.

Use some software to see if the cards run at 100%
