Hi all, I got a problem and somebody out there must be able to work it out. I have an ipad 2 mini with IOS 12.3.1 (latest). Now I run some map apps for travelling (Memory Maps) and i want to put in a .ipa file with the map data on it into the system. Now apparently Apple have stopped the ability to do this via itunes. I have tried several itunes alternatives but they either do not work or they have an error of (itunes not detected (even though it's running) or they come up with Apple driver has not been installed .. it cant be this hard to do seriously .. I'm running a win10 x64 to do this. Any hints people

Can you drop it into iCloud Drive via icloud.com and then open that on the iPad?

I think (but am not 100% sure) that iMazing will let you do this.

The icloud doesnt recognise it (the file). I have tried imaze but it apparently is no longer compatible with IOS 12.0+
There must be a simple way of doing this ..

iMazing works perfectly well with iOS12. That's the current version of iOS

I just found that imaze is trying to install but says error with drivers .. have deleted itunes and re-installed. Imaze now works perfectly .. the file I'm installing does nothing but at least imaze works .. I only have the 24 hour access so I gotta get it sorted somehow thanks for your help people

Are we discussing the same product? You keep saying Imaze but I'm talking about iMazing.

sorry imazing .. i stand corrected ... I think the issue (as far as i can see), is that Apple changed the format of the maps from a .iap format to .qct format. I think that may be the issue ...

iTunes 12.6.3 still supports apps, get that.
