Dear Trialist,

Thank you for agreeing to partake in our exciting 12 Mbps DSL trial.

Your line has been scheduled for upgrade during the morning of August
9th (this coming Thursday). As mentioned in my previous mail your
broadband will have a short down-time of approximately 10 minutes while
your service is being upgraded. There is no need to contact our
customer service department during this downtime as your service should
re-activate after approximately 10 minutes.

During the course of the trial period (approximately 1 month) Irish
Broadband has established a customer support team specifically for
trialists where they experience any difficulties - I'll be following up
this e-mail with the contact details for this support team.

Please feel free to contact me if you've any queries.

Kind Regards,

Irish Broadband Internet Services Ltd

Depends entirely what his contention ratio is.
We have an 8mb leased line at work which is obviously not contended - it's all ours.
We'd kill for a monthly charge of only £115.

well this is from the same page wesley quoted with the price above....

†An acceptable usage policy applies. A telephone line in your premises is required for the provisioning of this service. Home Start has a contention ratio of 24:1. Terms &Conditions apply.

:)

What you need to do is find a job working for an ISP who can provide you with an 8mb MAX Business service (20:1).. My download speeds are excellent :D
