Height adjustable TV bracket

hi guys, trying to find a height adjustable tv bracket, but I seem to be struggling.

Required spec;

Around 20” height increase/decrease needed.
180 degree swivel
Fit a 18kg 55” tv

I think that’s about it, currently looking to get a OmniMount Play70 but was wondering if there was any other options?

Reason for this; lounge is down 4 steps from the kitchen and we want to be able to lift the tv up and turn it into the kitchen to watch.

Any helps appreciated

To pair with this we are looking at the following tv/soundbar

Sony BRAVIA KD55XE7002

&

Sony HTCT800

Any thoughts?

I see you stopping moving it up and down about two times before you can't be bothered anymore. Plus risk of damage to the connectors and large amount of slack cables needed.

It will have to be moved up and down to be used in the 2 rooms.
Will only have 1 cable running to it and power.

Debating joining 2 normal brackets together to get the function required.

Its that or just order the OmniMount 70 jobby

Just to give an update we bought the "OmniMount Play70"

Looks a decent bit of kit!
