Is it just me, or does it taste more like salad cream?

It just doesnt taste like any mayo ive had anywhere, even stuff i assume is home-made
funnily enough, Hellmans is what i usually have!

Yes its more akin to continental mayo.

Best mayo ive had was storebrand from a Cheapo supermarket chain called Qwicksave, it was so light and pure not a stabiliser or emulsifier in sight. I think its shut down now
