I have taken the rig back to barebones i.e. disconnected hard drive, memory etc - just left in mobo/cpu/known working gfx card and I am getting "no signal"

Suggestions please?

All solved - PSU wasn't up to the job - its a 5 year old enermax - top of the class in its day - didn't have the juice - this thing has been in 6 rigs - all the latest at the time but I guess things move on too much!
