A few weeks ago i built a new pc with a corsair 550d and a h100 for cooling
only using the stock fans that came with them, i have the cooler in pull only as there was a problem with the length of the screws but when its been on about a hour you cant hear yourself think its really loud, i thought the 550d was part of the silent corsair cases but you would have to be deaf to not hear this case. there are 2 fans bottom front, 1 back top and 2 in the roof on rad, i have set thermal radar on sabertooth z77 board to silent but this make no difference to anything, all fans are plugged into motherboard but top 2 and plugged into cpu cooler part of h100, can anybody give a bit of advice or recommend new fans
Thanks

The thread title had me puzzled :p

You could try using them with a fan controller?
I use one of THESE on my H50, and its very good! I know there is a comment on the product page saying that it is noisy, but for what performance, it is far from it compared to other fans of its type :)

Same as Ryan-3, I thought my PC would take off with my Corsair A70 fans, swapped both out with 1 of the fans Ryan suggested and near silence and better temps under load.

The problem with the A70 was the fans were not PWM (able to spin down slower when the computer is idle).
