Feels like it's just not a good IP for film adaptations. The first two are by far the best but quite different to the comics. Second one used some comics story lines but got the tone completely wrong.

I am no hardcore Hellboy fan so not really familiar with original material nor the conics but it's nothing like the previous movies. Allegedly the original creator of the comic had a hand in it. Wasn't for me but fans of the original might have a different opinion.

This movie had a $20 million budget, shows how little that can get you these days. Was like watching a fan made movie, turned it off after 30 minutes.

For a low budget film they did better than I thought they would with it, I preferred this one to the last attempt with David Harbour, worth a watch at home.
