Is this an MMO? Does it require monthly subs if it is? And is it worth £11?

Just never been sure about this game... but might be prepared to spend that amount of money on it if its fun - and doesn't require subs.

I tested this and found it really boring, the "dungeon" all looked the same kinda and were auto-generated from what i understood, i was really not impressed i must say :(

I thought the game was buggy, unfinished, lacking features and subscriber content. A bit rubbish and disappointing really.

However this is all academic as the controlling company has gone under. So i'm not sure if the servers have been taken down or not.

You can pick it up for about a fiver if you look about give it a shot. It was ok i really liked the idea but i did feel it was a bit incomplete.
Yea every section was completely random generated which also made the game feel a bit empty and souless. I must say i was expect replicas of parts of london etc sadly it wasnt really the case.
Great idea, the books are a good read the game not so great :(

Theres sub and none sub version, subbed members get newer content speical events and such, or at least that the way it started.

We tried this when it came out, nice system but not one of us would count it as an MMO, there was very little chat anywhere, even gettin together to make a party took a load of faffing about zoning in and out before we could actually see each other.

Inventory system is VV Poor, very limited as to how mcuh you can carry and then some of the items take up huge chunks of inventory.

More like a 3d co-op rpg than a mmo tbh.

Lasted about 2 weeks and uninstalled it

well i have it tried to reinstall it again for some reason they wiped my account out and the cd key does not work anymore so cant play it total sham tbh
