Anyone tried these yet?

The chilli and lemon ones look particularly good.

No, but I bet Garlic would be good, they all sound nice though, probably cheaper to make your own, with just mayo and add the flavour.

Probably a bit harder to make the lemon one! Definately getting some of this on my next weekly shop.

Lemon is one of the main ingredients of mayo. I find real garlic mayo goes off quite quickly, god only knows what they put in it to make it last.

I bought these and I don't really like the taste of hellmans, I like sweet mayonaise like the type you get at your local chippie and etc, hellmans have a bitterness to them.

M&S ones are much better.

No, the answer is vegetable oil :p

Do you lot know how much fat there is in Mayo?

Don't need to read the label, you just need to know how to make it.

Take a pint of vegetable oil
Add eggs
Add mustard

blizzzzzt it with a blender

A pinch of salt & Pepper

So, yeah...it's like 99% fat :p

A bit like this.

or do it like Ramsay

Got some Branston Peri Peri mayo for doing homemade Nandos, not a patch on the proper Perinaise however it's not bad judged on it's own merits.

I had so much Aioli the last time I was in Spain so might give the garlic one a try and see if it's much better than my own efforts.
