Hey there,

Just thought I'd write a little hello all, hope everyone's well and doesn't have any unexplained problems! :)

Cheers,
Chris

Hey Mr Bell sir,
1) Ah typo already, fiddler was the intended word...you are an observant lot :)
2) I've made it smaller, as a courtesy.
3) Hello back :)

Hey Craig, for every day riding (no car), I have a Honda Blackbird. If there's dry tarmac outside and it's running properly, I use a Suzuki TL1000S.

You bikey?

I knew what you meant. Welcome to world sarcastic! :)

Nice :)

I do. The only transport I have is my Hornet F4. Hopefully going to add a GSXR or similar in the next few years :D

Oh the Hornet's a good choice. What Gix' you gonna get? 6, 7, thou'? My ex-girlfriend had one (K8 750), it was rather good fun ;)

Thank you, Ahhh, I'll fit right in :)

I've very tempted by a brand new 1000 if my funds allow it but more realistically and sensibly a second hand 750. I've heard the 750 is a nice step up into the sports bike world from something like the Hornet :)

Personally, and this is just personally, you'll find a massive difference in just the 6 Gix. The 750 market has reduced over the years, because it's such a weird in-betweenie - they've still got some punch, but it's bigger in the mid-range and slightly bigger in the top end. The litre option would be asking for trouble from a licence/life point of view...but it would be jolly good fun :) There's a problem with inline 4 sportsbikes, they persuade you to ride like a ****, no matter how sensible you normally are - nature of the beast an all that :D
