Hi everyone, I joined this forum to get to know computers a bit more as i've got a list of parts for my first build, My brother has built his computer and he has inspired me to get into the computer building hobby,

1. Corsair Carbide Series 300R Windowed Case

3. WD - 1TB Desktop SATA Hard Drive Black (x2)

Does this build sound ok? would there be any problems regarding compatibility between hardware?

Hello:) I'd suggest picking up a solid state drive for your operating system. It will give an instant boost to your whole system (load times/responsiveness) and also I'd go windows 8.1:)
