hello, can you test some components for me?

Hey 8 pack,

I'm not sure if your aloud to do this, but could try a couple of CPU's with a 7990 and tell me if there is any bottlenecks?

I'm looking at a 4770k with a Z87 maximus 6 hero with 2x4gb 1600mz ram.
The other is a fx8320 with a Asus crosshair formula z with the same ram as above, could you use a h100i for cooling?

I ask this because I'm looking to upgrade my machine, and I don't know which chip I should get, I only use my rig for gaming, and the two setups above are my two choices.

I don't have that card anymore as a sample I am afraid and pulling such expensive components from stock for testing alone is a costly experience as I don't use that card in my systems.

My advice would be go the Intel route. 4770K on Z87 is the best gaming platform currently available by some margin.
