Already been and made a few random posts but want to keep my activity on here going and try to learn as much as i can from everyone 
Been a console gamer as long as i can remember (used to pc game aswell on a laptop playing rtcw et, never bothered learning how to build or anything then) but decided to go fully to pc after seeing the stupid difference in performance and that all important graphic quality!
Managed to build my own rig on my own, not really that hard once you find out what go's where and what's compatiable with what i guess. Its the whole talk of overclocking and biosing that totaly skull f*&ks me, but im sure i'll get the jist of it all soon enough.
Currently got an amd phenom ii x4 640 3.0ghz cpu
cheapy gigabyte mobo (forget the model)
8gb ddr3 1066 ram
and a nice new ati hd7850
Manadged to get all of that for 200 plus my xbox trade in so not to shabby
I think i've rambled on plenty.
Always up for a game of bf3, dead island or borderlands if anyone wants to play origin and steam names both R1pJaWx241.
